Mike Carlucci Promoted to Chief Revenue & Customer Delivery Officer for Clarion Events North America

Clarion Events announced today the promotion of Mike Carlucci to Chief Revenue & Customer Delivery Officer for North America. Carlucci is the first person to hold this position within Clarion. This shows a significant step in Clarion's commitment to its customer-centric approach across the business and a focus on the end-to-end service experience.  "I'm thrilled to see Mike's progression in the business and the industry at large and his ability to drive the culture within Clarion. Further aligning the sales and customer delivery functions show our dedication and commitment to customer excellence. Still, it will further extend the support required to deliver that with our venues, contractors, and hotel partners," said Greg Topalian, Clarion Events North America CEO. Carlucci has been with Clarion since 2014 and has transformed North America's sales, operations, and service functions, always focusing on improving the customer experience and building relationships within the business and the industry. He has been instrumental in driving revenue for Clarion by focusing on sales enablement, building teams, and developing a distinctive culture. In 2022, Carlucci expanded his role to lead the event operations and exhibitor service side of the business, which has allowed him to influence service from the point of sale through event delivery with our contractors, venues, and partners across the business and recently globally as he is further supporting Clarion global brands entering the North American market.  In his expanded role, Carlucci will continue to report to Clarion CEO Greg Topalian and lead North America's sales, operations, and service arm by leading the commercial vision for customer success and partnership and scaling the sales functions for growth and profitability. In addition, he plays a critical role in building quality industry partnerships by aligning stakeholders, needs, and expectations to drive revenue operations and service to deliver experiences seamlessly and consistently. A critical component of his role is that Carlucci will work across the commercial and central department teams and our contractors to develop and deliver customer-centric strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.  Topalian further commented, "Having the customer top of mind in everything we do, is critical in delivering market-leading events.
